I previously tried a different waterproof throw and it leaked through. This one took on a very large amount of liquid and the bed underneath stayed totally dry. Easy to take off and throw in the wash. Very happy.
I am dealing with hormonal changes and the hot flashes are horrible.
Dealing with awakening drenched in sweat is bad enough but to deal with drenched bed linens make it worse.
I tried disposable chux, a heavy towel, even changing clothes but nothing helped.
In my search, I thought that maybe these mats could help. I can honestly say that it’s changed my life.
The mat launders easily, isn’t uncomfortable to sleep on, but most of all absorbs the drenching sweat. I can remove it and place another one on my bed while not having to change my bed linens daily. If anything, all that I need is to take a shower and go back to sleep.
Definitely worth the cost as well as working for anyone who sweats heavily and needs to get some rest.
Hello P. "For all ages" and all species. I've purchased several of your mats in various sizes in the past weeks; I have a cat with urinary incontinence. She dribbles urine unknowingly and the situation was a mess until I ordered (then ordered again) your mats. My house is nice (enough) and the Peapod mats look fine in the various places I've put them. They wash well and I'm working on in-use/in-wash rotation. The cat will be trying medication but meanwhile your mats have averted a crisis. They don't leak at all: amazing. Thank you.
They work great for night time training with the littles, but, I also use them as part of my “night time sick germs” protocol if my kids are feeling queasy. Since I can’t very well expect a 5 or 2 year old to get to a puke bucket in time whenever needed, I have taught them to rip off their duvet and puke on their mattress (the Dreama Mat). It has saved me sooo much grief. Now that I jumped from 1 to 3 kids, 2 just isn’t enough. Thank you for creating this and saving me from night-time hassles again and again. It’s stress-free, mess-free, so soft to the touch and washes so well

Are you just as messy as your kids? Well I don't have any! And I use these all the time. I don't have trouble with incontinence in the night. But I do like to go to bed on a dry mattress. After a long day everyone needs to take some time to themself, if you know what I mean 😉. No need to hold back!!! After letting go, don't get stuck sleeping in the wet spot! It'll help save your relationship from those pesky disagreements. No need to worry about when and where as they come in different sizes and can be taken on the go. Now you can do it anywhere in the house! And not have to explain to the kids that you had your own accident LOL
